We are looking for an organized and proactive Manager – Marketing & Coordination to manage marketing documentation, MIS, commercial support, client communication, and coordination between Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Plant Operations, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations, proposals, Proforma Invoices (PI) and other commercial documents.

- Support order processing, billing coordination, dispatch documentation, and related activities.

- Maintain sales/marketing data, client databases, order trackers, and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Plant teams for timely order execution.

- Draft professional emails and client correspondence.

- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, documents, and queries.

- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and support management coordination.

- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation and records.

- Assist with tender documentation when required.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

- Good documentation and data-management skills.





- Basic understanding of quotations, billing, dispatch, and commercial processes.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.

- Confident and professional personality.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification is an advantage.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Marketing Coordination, Commercial Support, Documentation, or similar roles.

- Experience in a manufacturing/plant setting will be preferred.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from Dhulagori, Howrah.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
