About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketing Lead who can own marketing strategy and ensure high-quality execution across both brands.

This is not only a content or social media role. You will define the marketing direction, create campaign plans, manage budgets and performance, and get work executed through agencies, freelancers, vendors and interns. You may hire and manage interns or appoint specialist agencies as required, but you will remain accountable for the final output and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Build quarterly and monthly marketing strategies for Vanraaj Realty, its real estate projects, and CasaMonde AI.
- Develop go-to-market plans, brand positioning, project-launch campaigns and integrated content calendars.
- Lead digital and offline marketing across Meta and Google advertising, social media, SEO, content, WhatsApp and CRM campaigns, channel partner marketing and events.
- Convert business and sales goals into clear briefs, timelines, deliverables and measurable campaign plans.
- Select, brief and manage creative, digital, media and production agencies, freelancers, vendors and marketing interns.
- Ensure campaigns and creatives are executed on time and meet the expected quality.
- Work closely with the sales, product, design and leadership teams.
- Track budgets, cost per lead, lead quality, conversions and return on marketing spend; improve campaigns based on data.




- Conduct customer, competitor and market research to identify new positioning and growth opportunities.
- Create clear weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.

What We Are Looking For

- 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred. PropTech, consumer technology or related experience is an advantage.
- Strong ability to combine strategy with practical execution and ownership.
- Proven experience managing agencies, freelancers, vendors or junior team members.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing, brand management, social media, SEO, content, lead generation, CRM and WhatsApp marketing, and analytics.
- Solid communication, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
- A portfolio or examples of campaigns demonstrating measurable business impact will be preferred.

Someone resourceful, commercially aware and execution-focused who can independently decide what needs to be done, organise the right people to do it, and take responsibility for results across both brands.

- Salary: ₹60,000-₹90,000 per month

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
