Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in New Delhi.

The Marketing

Intern will support the planning and execution of marketing activities related to exhibits, events, and brand experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with market research and competitor analysis, helping prepare marketing presentations and proposals, and supporting the development of basic marketing strategies and campaign ideas. The intern will collaborate with the sales and account teams to track leads, maintain databases, and support customer service activities before, during, and after events. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



preparing reports, and contributing to communication materials such as emails, social media posts, and basic promotional content.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and basic analysis of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales and lead generation activities within a marketing or events environment.
- Understanding of basic Marketing Strategy concepts and willingness to assist in planning campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
