Marketing Intern – Employer Branding

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern – Employer Branding to join our marketing team and help build a solid, authentic and engaging employer brand. The role will involve working across social media, employee storytelling and employer-brand content to showcase what it’s like to build a career at Mastek.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding, Content & Social Media

- Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns and social media calendars, creating engaging content around Life at Mastek, employee experiences, career journeys, culture and workplace initiatives.
- Identify and develop employee stories, testimonials, success stories and day-in-the-life content, and translate them into Reels, short-form videos, carousels, employee spotlights and other relevant social formats.
- Monitor social media trends and employer-branding content performance to identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and talent attraction.

Campaigns & Employee Engagement
- Support the execution of employee engagement,



talent-attraction and employer-branding campaigns, including content around office events, celebrations, recruitment initiatives and employee experiences.
- Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, employees and external agencies to source content and ensure smooth campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate/student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Advertising or a related field.
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual content.
- Comfortable interacting with employees and stakeholders across teams.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and short-form video formats.
- Curious, proactive and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
