Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Marketing & Student Outreach team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing, communication, and customer engagement.

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students through referral databases, creating awareness about Bilivin Education's academic programs, qualifying potential leads ,and supporting the admissions team in achieving business objectives.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing, lead generation, CRM management, and customer relationship management within the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students using referral databases provided by the organization.
- Introduce and promote Bilivin Education's academic programs,

services, and value proposition.
- Understand candidate requirements and effectively qualify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and follow-

up activities in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the Admissions and Sales teams by scheduling meetings or counselling sessions for qualified prospects.
- Execute timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversions.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, WhatsApp campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit daily productivity reports, including calls made, leads generated, follow-ups completed, and scheduled meetings.
- Ensure a professional, customer-centric approach while representing the organization.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

(Marathi will be an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Passionate about Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or

Customer Engagement.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, eager to learn, and capable of working in a target-driven setting.
