Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: NIBM, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to improve reach and visibility.
- Capture photos and videos during company events for social media promotion.
- Write creative captions, employee spotlights, company updates, and event announcements.

Marketing & Branding
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture and achievements.
- Coordinate with leadership and HR teams to create promotional content.
- Help maintain and enhance the company's online presence.

Employee Engagement & Event Management
- Organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations, festivals, Fun Fridays, sports activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Plan engagement activities to boost employee morale and participation.
- Create event invitations, posters, announcements, and communication materials.
- Collect employee feedback and suggest ideas for improving workplace engagement.
- Ensure smooth execution of in-house events and activities.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
- Good organizational and event coordination skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, HR, Media, or related fields.
- Experience managing college events, social media pages, or clubs will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of content creation, photography, or videography is a plus.
