We're hiring: Marketing & Growth Associate (Remote, India)

I'm Anushka, founder of MCode (mcodehq.com) and MCode Foundation (foundation.mcodehq.com), and creator behind @aiwithanushka (instagram.com/aiwithanushka). I'm looking for one sharp, ambitious person to help scale my personal brand and our nonprofit's presence, while working closely with me on the day to day.

This is a rare "get in early" role with real ownership and a clear path to a much bigger seat.

What you'll own:

- Growing @aiwithanushka on Instagram (instagram.com/aiwithanushka) from ~25K to 100K by end of year
- Building out MCode Foundation's (foundation.mcodehq.com) social presence from the ground up
- Cracking our YouTube strategy: format, cadence, and launch
- Running content ops end to end: planning, scheduling, publishing, community management
- General operations and founder's office work: coordinating tasks, follow-ups, and whatever it takes to keep things moving
- Tracking what works (reach, follows, comment-leads) and doubling down fast

You might be a fit if you:

- Live and breathe short-form content and understand what makes a reel or carousel actually grow an account




- Are genuinely curious about AI tools and creator workflows (bonus if you already use them)
- Are organised, self-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes without hand-holding
- Can write, edit, and think in hooks
- Want to build something, not just clock hours

The details:

- Fully remote
- Monday to Saturday, IST working hours (rare overlap outside that, only when genuinely needed)
- Starting: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience
- Clear graduation path: robust performers move to a full-scope role at ₹1,00,000 per month from December, after a 3-month ramp
- Work directly with me across a fast-growing AI education brand (mcodehq.com) and a mission-driven nonprofit (foundation.mcodehq.com)
