Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Vega & Bison Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves executing marketing plans, supporting brand strategy initiatives, and coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels.

The Marketing

Executive will conduct market and competitor research, assist in developing marketing collaterals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication. Daily responsibilities include tracking campaign performance,



preparing reports and presentations, supporting sales and business development activities, and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors. The role also involves contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness in line with client and company objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to support strategy execution and campaign management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills for gathering insights, analyzing trends, and understanding customer segments.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills for transparent written and verbal interaction, presentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing collaboration skills to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and client relationship initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in marketing, brand management, or agency environments is an advantage.
