Job Summary

Responsible for promoting hospital services, developing referral networks, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance/TPA representatives, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing activities to increase hospital visibility and patient footfall.

- Build and maintain good relationships with corporate companies, doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and referral sources.

- Conduct regular corporate visits, doctor visits, camp activities, and community outreach programs.

- Identify current business and patient referral opportunities.

- Coordinate with doctors and departments for health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.

- Promote hospital specialties, packages, health check-up programs, and other services.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, events, and digital platforms.

- Follow up with prospective patients, corporate clients, and referral partners.

- Collect market feedback and competitor information and report it to management.





- Coordinate with the hospital's digital marketing team for social media and promotional campaigns.

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity and lead-generation reports.

- Monitor referral sources and analyze patient conversion and business performance.

- Ensure all marketing activities follow hospital standards, ethical practices, and applicable regulations.

- Support management in achieving patient footfall, revenue, and business development targets.

Eligibility

- Education: Any Degree / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, corporate marketing, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant healthcare marketing experience will be preferred.

- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel for field visits and corporate/referral meetings.
