What You'll Do
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation
- Telemarketing and Customer Follow-ups
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Social Media Marketing and Content Promotion
- Planning and Executing Marketing Campaigns
- Generating Leads through Online and Offline Activities
- Maintaining Customer and Prospect Databases
- Preparing Marketing Reports and Performance Analysis
- Coordinating with Sales and Technical Teams
- Promoting Company Services, Training Programs, and Events
What We're Looking For
- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / BMS / PGDM (Marketing)
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms
- Strong Interpersonal and Convincing Skills
- Ability to Learn Quickly and Work in a Team
- Good Computer and MS Office Skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Marketing
- Understanding of Lead Generation Techniques
- Internship or Project Experience in Marketing or Sales
- Knowledge of CRM Tools is an added advantage
