Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Khalapur.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing activities to promote hydraulic and transport equipment products, including developing campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with sales teams. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting product positioning. The role involves regular communication with internal teams, distributors, and customers to ensure consistent messaging and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.





The Marketing

Executive will also assist in organizing trade shows, customer visits, and digital promotions to strengthen the company’s brand and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in industrial products, automotive, or equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to use basic office and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site and travel locally as required.
