Role Description The Silver Marketing Executive will support the growth of Emerald’s silver jewellery segment by executing marketing plans, coordinating promotions, and managing local brand visibility in Hyderabad. This full time, on-site role involves working closely with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to drive demand, gather market insights, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing campaigns, preparing marketing materials, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with events,



trade shows, and in-store activations. The role also includes monitoring competitor activity, maintaining product and pricing information relevant to silver collections, and collaborating with design and production teams to align marketing initiatives with new launches.

The Silver Marketing

Executive is expected to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to a data-informed marketing strategy for the silver category.

Qualifications

- Marketing and brand management skills, including experience in campaign planning, product promotion, and basic digital marketing.
- Sales support and customer relationship skills to work effectively with retail partners, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Analytical and research abilities to gather market insights, monitor competitors, and track performance metrics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey product value and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, events, and stakeholder requirements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury goods, FMCG, or retail marketing is an advantage, especially within the silver or fashion accessories segment.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Hyderabad, with proficiency in MS Office and basic
