Marketing and Demand Operations Specialist Location: Hyderabad, India

Team: Product Marketing

Working hours: Standard IST with a daily overlap window with US Central time for campaign handoffs

Experience: 3+ years in marketing operations, demand generation support, or B2B campaign execution

What you will do

- Run day-to-day marketing operations in HubSpot: forms, workflows, lists, email sends, landing page publishing, and lead routing.
- Research target accounts and contacts for outbound campaigns, with verified titles, roles, and company facts; never pad a list with guesses.
- Build weekly campaign and pipeline reports so the team knows what worked, with numbers that reconcile.
- Prepare and schedule social posts and email sequences drafted by the US team, and flag anything that looks off before it ships.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: dedupe, enrich, and keep lifecycle stages truthful.
- Support webinar and event logistics, including invitations, registration tracking, and follow-up lists.
- Document repeatable playbooks for every recurring campaign task.

What you bring

- Hands-on HubSpot experience,



or deep experience in a comparable marketing automation platform with willingness to certify on HubSpot quickly.
- Robust research skills; you can qualify an account and find the right contact without buying a bad list.
- Spreadsheet fluency and comfort with campaign metrics: open, click, reply, conversion, and pipeline attribution.
- Precise written English and an eye for detail; a broken link or a misspelled name in an outbound email is a fire, and you catch it first.
- Self-direction across time zones; you turn a brief into finished work without hand-holding.

Nice to have

- Exposure to B2B SaaS or technology services marketing for North American buyers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign tools and sales navigator research.
- Basic HTML and image editing for email and landing page touch-ups.
