Shelar is a design-led start-up with a mission to build an Indian take on the accessible luxury handbags space. Our goal is to create designs inspired by Indian elements which are perfectly functional and become a part of the customer's everyday life.
Role Overview: SHELAR is seeking a dynamic, highly creative digital lead to drive our brand's visual identity and online presence. You will be the primary point of contact for all digital marketing efforts, acting as the creative head behind our video content from conceptualisation to the final cut.
Core Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Production: Write engaging scripts, shoot high-quality footage, and meticulously edit video content tailored for short-form digital platforms.
- Visual Direction: Ensure absolute visual consistency across all media assets, maintaining strict attention to lighting, camera angles, backgrounds, and premium product placement.
- Strategic Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that seamlessly weave in strong hooks and explicit value delivery to maximise viewer retention and engagement.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor social media trends and analyse competitors in the accessible luxury handbag space to keep SHELAR’s content fresh and competitive.
- Website Management & Development: Build, maintain, and optimize SHELAR’s e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless, high-converting digital shopping experience that matches our luxury aesthetic.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Software & AI Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. Highly capable of using Submagic and implementing various generative AI tools to streamline creative workflows and enhance output.
- Digital Native: Deeply understands the mechanics of social algorithms, audience psychology, and what makes digital content genuinely shareable.
- Detail-Oriented: Possesses a sharp eye for aesthetics and luxury branding, ensuring every single frame aligns with SHELAR's identity.
Logistics & How to Apply: This is an on-site role based in Parel, working from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
