Female Telecaller – LIC Insurance Advisor Recruitment

- Recruit LIC Insurance Advisors through telecalling and field recruitment activities.

- Contact prospective candidates through telephone calls.

- Explain the Insurance Advisor opportunity clearly to interested candidates.

- Follow up with candidates who show interest in the chance.

- Schedule interviews for shortlisted and interested candidates.

- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and candidate follow-ups.

- Generate recruitment leads through telecalling and other assigned activities.

- Occasionally accompany the Development Officer for field recruitment activities.

- Assist with pamphlet distribution and candidate lead generation during field activities.

- Maintain regular communication with prospective candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Recruitment:

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.

- Promote and explain the LIC Insurance Advisor opportunity.

- Identify interested candidates and generate recruitment leads.





- Maintain accurate daily call records.

Candidate Follow-Up

- Follow up with interested candidates.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.

- Maintain candidate follow-up records.

- Address basic queries regarding the opportunity.

Field Recruitment

- Occasionally accompany the Development Officer for field recruitment.

- Assist in pamphlet distribution and lead generation.

- Participate in assigned recruitment activities outside the office.

Salary

Job Details

- ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month

- Fixed monthly salary

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Hybrid: Sometimes work from home and sometimes work from office
