Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls - Explain the Insurance Advisor prospect clearly - Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews - Maintain daily call and candidate follow-up records - Occasionally accompany the Development Officer for field recruitment activities, such as pamphlet distribution and lead generation Job Details:
