✅ Mandatory Skills - Candidates must have hands-on drafting and negotiation experience with ISDA and CSA Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute ISDA Master Agreements and CSA Agreements
- Candidates must possess hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA, CSA,



GMRA, and GMSLA agreements supporting derivatives, Repo, and securities lending products across global Capital Markets operations.
- Manage end-to-end Market Contracts lifecycle
- Perform legal and contractual documentation review
- Support counterparty onboarding activities
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Front Office, and Operations teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks
- Support documentation remediation and repapering projects
