Role & responsibilities

- Creation of First Article Inspection (FAI) / Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports.

- Modification of AutoCAD drawings.

- Preparation of Laser inspection reports.

- Creation of Quality Plans, Receiving, In-process inspection plans.

- Creation of 3D Models and detailed manufacturing drawings.

- Supporting supply chain department by confirming of order delivery date, expediting delivery date and IFS updation(ERP) etc.,

- IFS Technical data management & documentation (ERP).

- Collection, review, and maintenance of SQA and ISO documentation.

- Preparation of Product cost estimation sheet.

- Communicating with clients regarding project status, technical queries, and other project-related matters.

EXPERIENCE:

- 0 - 3 years experience

- Quality assurance /Sheet metal fabrication/ Quality Control / Knowledge in Modelling software

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Positive knowledge in 2-D Drawing Reading.

- Effective communication skills are a must. (Written & Oral).

- Knowledge in Sheet metal manufacturing & assembly operations.

- Knowledge in Solidworks is an added advantage.

- AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
