Role: Drive the Manufacturing Excellence Program for the factory with end to end ownership of the Centre of Excellence (CoE), creating measurable value across People, Process and Technology.
Preferred candidate profile
- Well versed with the technological landscape and evolving trends in the manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Industry 4.0, Automation and MS Office.
- Ability to identify and leverage relevant technologies for improving manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
- Hands on working experience of at least 5 years in the following areas:
- TPM implementation
- Lean tools and implementation
- Kaizen, 5S, Quality Circles (QC) and Suggestions Scheme
- APQP implementation
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects
- Systems and Standards, including ISO implementation and audits
- Training content development
- Skill assessment and competency evaluation
- Training scheduling and delivery
- Ability to work as a passionate and effective trainer
- Understanding and working knowledge of factory equipment, systems and manufacturing culture
- Ability to work on the shop floor and actively engage with first line supervisors and workmen
