Role Description The Managing Partner role at Kotak Life Insurance Company Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Managing

Partner will oversee branch and partner operations, drive business development, and manage key relationships with clients, distributors, and corporate partners. This role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, guiding teams to achieve revenue and growth objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk-management standards.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams.
- Business development, sales planning, and relationship management skills, preferably within insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Operational and process management skills, including experience in compliance, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to interpret market data, develop growth strategies, and improve business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in senior roles such as Branch Manager, Business Head, or Partner Manager, preferably in insurance or financial services.
