KellyOCG is a global leader in workforce solutions, delivering Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP), and staffing services to enterprise clients across a broad range of industries and geographies.
Our India
Center is one of Kelly's most strategically significant assets — a global hub that underpins client-facing delivery for markets worldwide and internal operations across the enterprise. The Center is a named priority in Kelly's global growth strategy, with continued investment in capability, technology, and leadership.
Role Overview The Managing Director, India Global Capability Center (GCC), is an executive leadership role with governance and people accountability for Kelly's India Delivery Center. This individual serves as the single point of executive accountability for all offshore delivery functions, directing teams that support our enterprise clients globally and the corporate functions embedded within the Center.
This is an executive role requiring a leader who can operate across a complex, matrixed global organization — equally credible in a global leadership forum, and on the operations floor — while building a high-performance team in India.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the multi-year strategic roadmap for the India GCC, aligning enterprise-level P&L; targets, capacity planning, and client commitments with Kelly's global business strategy, and define explicit success metrics, including client satisfaction scores, operational efficiency improvements, and revenue growth.
- Serve as Kelly's executive representative for India offshore operations globally, sitting on cross-functional leadership forums and partnering at peer level with global business leaders.
- Set and govern the Center's continuous improvement and transformation agenda, championing investments in quality, automation, and scalability to materially improve enterprise margin and delivery capacity.
- Foster an employee-centric organization across functions to ensure we deliver an excellent employee experience and continue to be recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ and a leader among our peers.
Operational Delivery
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team to deliver Sourcing and Recruiting Operations, initially for the Kelly SETT business, supporting resourcing and investment decisions to meet SLAs, KPIs, and enterprise client commitments.
- Governance and oversight across various operations and corporate functions teams to ensure the service meets the enterprise requirements.
- Establish enterprise-grade governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, and own the executive reporting cadence into Kelly's global leadership.
- Ability to understand different corporate functions and normalize processes for moving from onshore to offshore.
People Leadership
- Oversight of a wide variety of teams across functions, operating under direct and matrix management.
- Set the cultural and performance standards for employees, embedding accountability, collaboration, and professional growth as enterprise-wide operating principles.
- Partner with HR leadership to shape enterprise talent, retention, engagement, and capability strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Own senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients (as required), serving as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for delivery performance from the India center.
- Partner at peer level with onshore and global Kelly executive leadership to ensure seamless, enterprise-wide integration of offshore and onshore operations.
- Represent the India Delivery Center at executive forums, business reviews, and client governance meetings, serving as Kelly's senior voice on offshore delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across workforce solutions, shared services, or Global Capability Center (GCC)/IT digital services environments, including delivering hybrid onshore/offshore solutions for US and European clients.
- Demonstrated experience with executive accountability for a large, multi-functional workforce in an offshore or captive delivery center, delivering sourcing and recruiting for US- and India-based roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery, managed services, or IT operating models, with the ability to speak credibly to both client and operational audiences
- Proven track record of delivering results in a matrixed, global organization.
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, direct P&L; ownership experience, and a rigorous, data-driven approach to executive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive/advanced degree strongly preferred.
