We are looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Analyst to lead Oracle CPQ development initiatives across PanIndia. The successful candidate will have a solid background in Oracle CPQ, BML scripting, BMQL, and PQ development, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CPQ solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves managing a team of developers, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, scalable CPQ configurations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions for multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain BML scripts and BMQL queries to support CPQ functionality and reporting.




- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and manage a team of CPQ developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure best practices in CPQ configuration, testing, and documentation are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with Oracle CPQ releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (education requirement not explicitly specified).
