About the Role The Manager - Soft Services is responsible for leading integrated soft services operations and delivering a safe, hygienic, efficient and customer-centric workplace environment. The role oversees housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, pantry and hospitality services, front office operations, vendor management, client engagement, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping, cleaning and hygiene services across facilities.
- Oversee horticulture, landscaping and indoor plant maintenance programs.
- Manage pest control operations and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure effective delivery of pantry, hospitality, reception and visitor management services.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits and service quality reviews.




- Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor performance, service delivery standards and contractual compliance.
- Lead and develop operational teams through coaching, training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, health, safety and quality standards.
- Support budgeting, cost control, invoice verification and operational reporting.
- Drive workplace experience, employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Facilities Management, Soft Services, Administration or Integrated Facilities Management.
- Experience in managing client relationships, vendors and operational teams.
