Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven marketing professional to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across music and entertainment content.

The role will involve developing marketing strategies for content and artist launches, driving audience growth, building artist/brand positioning, and executing integrated digital and social campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to digital ecosystems, social media, content, influencers and pop culture, with the ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end marketing for music and entertainment content launches across multiple projects.
- Develop marketing strategies for artists, content and entertainment properties.
- Drive artist/brand positioning, content direction and audience growth.
- Develop insight-led marketing plans based on digital behaviour, audience trends and pop culture.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across social media, influencers, media, partnerships and on-ground channels.
- Lead content strategy across multiple digital platforms.
- Identify real-time trends, collaborations and cultural moments to maximize reach and engagement.
- Build relationships with artists, creators, managers, media partners, platforms and external agencies/vendors.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience behaviour and market trends and use insights to improve marketing strategy.




- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Take ownership of campaign outcomes with minimal supervision.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, proactive approach and strong execution ability.
- A genuine interest in music, entertainment, digital culture and emerging trends would be an advantage.
