Job Responsibilities

· Manage and drive sales for assigned residential/commercial projects.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Manage a team of Sales Executives/Assistant Managers and monitor individual performance.

· Generate business through channel partners ,direct sales, references, and other sources.

· Monitor leads, site visits, negotiations, and booking conversions.

· Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve performance.

· Develop relationships with channel partners and property consultants.

· Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and promotional activities.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.

· Handle key customers and support the team in negotiations and closures.

· Ensure proper CRM usage and sales-process compliance.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate/MBA preferred.

· 4-8 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Experience in managing a sales team.

· Solid track record of achieving sales targets.

· Good leadership, negotiation, and customer-management skills.

· Experience in residential/commercial real estate preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
