Key Responsibilities

- Own assigned compliance portfolios and obligations.
- Lead monitoring, testing, and assurance activities.
- Maintain registers, controls, and evidence frameworks.
- Manage incidents, complaints, and potential breaches.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Influence business decisions through practical compliance advice.

Candidate Profile
- 6-9 years of Compliance, Risk, Governance, Audit, or Controls experience.
- Proven ownership of compliance frameworks or compliance programs.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Telecom, Insurance, or Energy sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Experience managing compliance activities in a regulated setting.
