Hiring a Senior Manager – RM Purchase for our pharma formulation manufacturing unit at Derabassi. The role owns end-to-end Raw Material procurement for regulatory markets (USFDA/EU), with strong working knowledge of SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead RM (API/excipient) sourcing and vendor development for regulatory markets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and long-term supply agreements with domestic and international suppliers.
- Plan RM procurement against production schedules, safety stock and lead times.
- Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs and Production on vendor approvals and audits.
- Manage import documentation, customs coordination, and RM transactions/MIS in SAP HANA.




- Drive cost-saving, alternate vendor development and vendor performance monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 12-15 years of core experience in RM procurement in pharma formulation manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to regulatory markets (USFDA/EU) - vendor qualification, DMF documentation, audit support.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP HANA (procurement/MM).
- Positive negotiation and vendor management skills; sound understanding of import/customs procurement.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Pharmacy or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
