We are hiring a energetic Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end talent acquisition, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee digitized pre-boarding and onboarding workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using modern HRMS tools—preferably Keka HRMS—to streamline candidate verification, document collection, and seamless Day 1 integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment life cycle for mid-to-senior levels across business units.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using job portals, headhunting, and referral networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, manage interview rounds, and drive offer negotiations.
- Manage candidate tracking, requisition status, and talent pools in Keka ATS.
- Initiate and manage the Pre-boarding workflow in Keka (document collection, BG verification requests, pre-joining engagement).
- Configure Onboarding modules in Keka for asset allocation, policy sign-offs, and digital employee profile creation.
- Maintain active communication during the candidate notice period to minimize offer drop-outs.




- Coordinate seamless Day 1 onboarding and functional orientation alongside department leads.
- Track and report KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Pre-boarding Drop Rate using Keka analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5 to 9 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
- HRMS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Keka HRMS (ATS, Pre-boarding, and Onboarding modules) or similar tools like Darwinbox, Zoho Recruit, or FactoHR.
- Key Skills: End-to-End Recruitment, Executive Search, Keka ATS, Pre-boarding Workflows, Candidate Engagement, Talent Pipeline, Offer Negotiation.
- Education: Graduate / PG / MBA in Human Resources or related fields.
