Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
- Build alignment and engagement among internal and external stakeholders for key initiatives.
Project Management
- Lead projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Track project performance using KPIs, ROI, and other business metrics.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Digital Transformation
- Drive digital initiatives to improve engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, and field teams.
- Implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and integrate relevant best practices into the organization.
