Job Summary

Position Overview. We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven professional to manage the planning, monitoring, and governance of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects across the West East Zone. The role will be responsible for driving project performance reviews, MIS reporting, portfolio analytics, forecasting, dashboard management, monitoring SOPs and cross-functional coordination to enable timely decision-making by senior leadership.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing planning a portfolio of projects with a leading real estate developer/ large scale contractor and possess advanced MS Excel and MIS capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Manage planning, monitoring, and reporting for a portfolio of projects across the region.

- Develop and maintain project tracking dashboards, MIS reports, and portfolio review presentations for zonal and corporate leadership.

- Consolidate project-level data related to timelines, budgets, cashflows, approvals, construction progress, and key business metrics.

- Prepare, analyse, forecast MIS related to major KPIs to drive portfolio progress.

- Analyze project performance trends, identify risks and delays, and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles including forecasting, milestone tracking, and business reviews.

- Collaborate with Development, Construction, Design, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and CRM teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Prepare management reviews, exception reports, variance analysis, and performance scorecards.

- Monitor key project milestones and establish governance mechanisms for tracking critical deliverables.

- Support strategic initiatives through data analysis, scenario planning, and business performance assessments.

- Ensure standardization of reporting formats,



data accuracy, and process compliance across all projects in the zone.

- Leverage Excel-based models, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision support.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning systems, MIS processes, and reporting frameworks.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. NICMAR qualification/certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10-12 years of experience in Planning, PMO, Project Controls, Business Planning, MIS, or Portfolio Management within the real estate industry.

- Must have experience managing and reporting on a portfolio of at least 10-12 projects simultaneously.

- Experience with reputed real estate developers, major construction firms.

- Strong experience in management reporting, project analytics, and stakeholder coordination.

Skills & Competencies

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, Data Analysis).

- Strong MIS reporting and project portfolio management experience.

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

- Ability to interpret large volumes of project and business data.

- Solid presentation skills using PowerPoint.

- Experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or other visualization tools.

- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.

- Understanding of real estate project lifecycle and project controls.

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
