To lead and manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) activities for the Goa Smart Metering Project, ensuring efficient service delivery, SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, effective field coordination, and smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day O&M; operations and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and resolve operational issues related to SAT, Non-Communication (Non-Comm), NVC, and other field-level challenges.
- Ensure timely closure of pending complaints, service requests, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, DISCOM representatives, and internal stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Review operational performance metrics and initiate corrective actions where required.




- Strengthen communication channels between field teams and project stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in Smart Metering Operations & Maintenance projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAT, Non-Comm analysis, NVC management, SLA monitoring, and maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage field teams and drive operational excellence.
- Willingness to work from and manage operations in Goa.
