What You'll Do

- Production Ownership: Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations from prototype and NPD through pilot builds to regular production, including production planning, manpower allocation, assembly-line operations, and daily output.
- R&D; to Manufacturing Transfer: Own the handover of BOMs, drawings, SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation, and support design changes and production scale-up.
- Assembly & Build: Manage assembly of PCB/PCBA, electronic components, mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished devices.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Procurement and Inventory on material availability, stock reconciliation, and production readiness, and with QC on incoming, in-process, and final inspection, testing, and calibration.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve hardware, assembly, production, and field issues through structured RCA and CAPA.
- Vendor & Job-Work Management: Manage job-work partners, vendors,



and outsourced manufacturing activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive 5S, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, productivity and yield improvement, and rework reduction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train technicians and operators, and maintain shop-floor discipline.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain manufacturing records, batch documentation, traceability, SOPs, and work instructions in line with ISO 13485, CDSCO, and applicable IVD/medical device requirements.

We're Looking For

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations
- Solid practical understanding of PCB/PCBA, electronic components, mechanical components, and product assembly
- Experience in manpower handling, production planning, assembly-line management, and job-work coordination
- Experience with NPD, prototyping, pilot production, and R&D-to-manufacturing; transfer
- Working knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma, ISO 13485, CDSCO, and IVD/medical device manufacturing practices
- Experience working closely with R&D;, QC, Procurement, and Inventory teams
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in IVD or medical device manufacturing is preferred
