Position: Manager Maintenance

Experience: 10+ years, (hotel industry)

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringKey Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all MEP operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, and other MEP systems.
- Lead the engineering/MEP team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
- Monitor the performance and condition of all MEP equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors,



and other departments.
- Review maintenance reports, logbooks, checklists, and equipment records.
- Monitor energy and utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and control the MEP maintenance budget and operational expenses.
- Plan and execute MEP projects, renovations, and improvement works.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper housekeeping of engineering areas.
- Ensure fire & life-safety systems are maintained and tested as per requirements.Role & responsibilities
