All India Management Association (AIMA) is seeking a relationship-driven professional to lead engagement with 68 Local Management Associations (LMAs) across India. The role will strengthen stakeholder relationships, grow individual and institutional membership, build partnerships, and drive revenue through memberships, sponsorships, and strategic programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage strong relationships with LMA leaders and key stakeholders.
- Drive membership acquisition, renewal, retention, and engagement across corporate and institutional segments.
- Develop institutional partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
- Enhance member value through relevant programmes, events, and initiatives.
- Represent AIMA at external forums and promote its mission of leadership, professional excellence, and nation-building.
- Track performance through monthly dashboards covering revenue, membership, retention, engagement, and pipeline.

Success Metrics

- Achievement of membership and partnership revenue targets.
- Growth in new individual and institutional members.
- Member retention and satisfaction above 90%.




- At least 15% incremental revenue from new membership and partnership sources.
- Accurate, up-to-date membership data and solid stakeholder engagement.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–6 years’ experience in B2B partnerships, membership sales, association engagement, or strategic account management.
- Strong business development, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven, customer-centric, and results-oriented approach.
- Comfort with data analysis and performance reporting.
