Detailed 12+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or related communication functions.

Develop and execute annual and quarterly communication strategies aligned to business priorities and measure their effectiveness.

Partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to manage communications for organizational announcements, change initiatives, launches, and key programs.

Identify and amplify impactful stories, including employee achievements, innovation, client success stories, and leadership perspectives.

Support executive communications, thought leadership initiatives, leadership visibility programs,



and social media content development, including LinkedIn communications.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and provide strategic communications counsel within a global, matrixed organization.

Solid stakeholder management, relationship-building, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.

Experience communicating effectively with geographically dispersed employee populations.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive initiatives from concept through execution.
