- Manage the day-to-day operations of all IPD areas and ensure smooth functioning of inpatient services.
- Monitor patient admissions, transfers, bed allocation, room occupancy, and discharges.
- Coordinate with consultants, Nursing, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Conduct regular rounds of inpatient areas to identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor patient waiting time, admission process, discharge turnaround time (TAT), and bed utilization.
- Ensure timely coordination for discharge summaries, billing clearance, pharmacy clearance, and other discharge formalities.
- Handle patient and attendant complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for effective resolution.
- Monitor the quality of patient services and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Supervise IPD operational staff, Patient Care Executives,



Front Office teams, and other support staff.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly IPD MIS reports, including admissions, discharges, occupancy, ALOS, complaints, and operational performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital SOPs, patient safety, infection control, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance and Billing teams regarding pending bills, insurance/TPA cases, credit patients, and revenue-related issues.
- Participate in internal audits, NABH assessments, quality improvement programs, and management review meetings.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or Reporting Manager from time to time.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
