- Responsible to Prepare strategic and operational plans, design, implementation supervision for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department to ensure that all necessary ICT Infrastructure, Platforms and Services including tools, processes and systems are in place to meet the requirements of the business and contribute to the achievement of short- and long-term goals of the Company

- Responsible for evaluating and validation of various ICT proposal related to the smart city development like Network Infrastructure (City wide Network), Data Centre, Security and Surveillance System, Integrated City Command and control Centre

- Designing, development, implementation and maintenance of System policies and procedure related to ICT services, including procurement and asset management

- Responsible for develop and manage the planning and budgeting for the ICT services

- Workout on new ICT opportunities and Cost exercise to be done to adopt new cutting- edge technologies in coordination with different stakeholders including State Govt. / Nodal Govt. bodies / authorities. Responsible for preparing scope of work for ICT RFP documents, understanding of overall ICT strategy and System Architecture

- Need to evaluate various ICT components like smart street lighting, smart parking, healthcare, and Education related technology

- Responsible for making a comparison of various e-governance initiatives, other smart city business model, terms of reference, scope of work, designing of ICT systems or sub-systems,

- Responsible for evaluating and validation of Approach and Methodology of ICT projects.

- Operation & Maintenance of various IT/ICT systems like smart street lighting,

- Healthcare, Audio visual system, automatic Parking Management & Guidance System, Distributed Antenna System, Extra Low Voltage System, Integrated

- Building Management System, Telephony System, Information Technology System; and part of testing, commissioning team

- Oversee ICT special projects,



including planning, scheduling, managing and progress reporting for ICT implementations

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- The candidate should have worked and managing experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.

- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information systems and of computer hardware systems including Servers, Storage and Information Security.

- Experience in managing large ICT infrastructure, services and projects with broad understanding of City-wide network, Data Centre, System Architecture.

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets.

- Project Management Information Systems.

- Must possess understanding of Planning and Implementation of Multifunctional nature of Industrial and Infrastructure projects.

- Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

- Ability to contribute to knowledge management systems and procedures.

- Decision making and Analytical ability.

- Ability to foster collaborative work environment in a multi-cultural and multiethnic environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Nationality: Indian.

- Age: Candidate should not more than 35 years as on last date of submission of application.

- Academic Qualification: Should be BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics and Communication engineering or in any equivalent discipline from reputed and recognized university or institution with valuable academic record.

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT/ICT project implementation /project management. At least 5 years in project management roles managing multiple IT/ICT projects Desirable: AI/ML certification.
