Our target age group ranges from 12 to 24 years.

The Role:

The Manager Impact will lead MEL component in government partnership programme in 4 states. For the programme, the person will lead on evaluations, assessments, MIS, monitoring, reporting and documenting learning. The person will be the key custodian of all reports and data as well as ensure proper storing of all historical and current data and documents.

Reports to: Lead Impact-Government Partnership

Key responsibilities

Developing M&E; framework and system designing

- Support in developing innovative and rigorous MEL frameworks to capture accurately the change that the project enables
- Spearhead in developing SOPs and guidelines for different components of Monitoring, Evaluation and learning
- Developing Programme Logframe and M&E; Matrix
- Review of curriculum and support in tools development for evaluation and assessments

Managing and Conducting evaluations and assessments

- Designing all the evaluations (impact evaluations,



annual assessments etc.) and managing the evaluations
- Managing impact evaluation with support from external agencies
- Analyzing and reports generation of all the annual assessments and qualitative field assessments
- Presenting key findings assessments and concurrent monitoring to the funder, government and other key stakeholders
- Conducting qualitative field assessments

Programme Monitoring, MIS and Reporting

- Create an all-inclusive strategy for the operation of the projects Management Information Management systems.
- Lead on building session and activity tracking tech-platform as well as rolling out the system.
- Compile and manage data related to project, masters, session delivery, session attendance, number of sessions, etc.
- Regularly generating (Weekly, fortnightly or monthly) dashboards for the project for regular monitoring and tracking through key activities.
- Regularly check data received from the field, provide feedback to respective teams and the impact team.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure all reported information is accurate and relevant.
- Reporting: reporting on concurrent monitoring data to regional officed and head office; preparing concurrent data for government and funder reporting
- Coordinate with all locations to ensure data updating
- Support Program Managers and Impact Managers in conducting project reviews and monitoring activities.




- Undertake field visits to ensure data reporting processes are followed and ensure data quality.

Capacity building, coordination and learning

- Supporting in capacity building of M&E; and programme team members
- Coordination with the programme, IP and other teams in the use of credible data of the programmme (both primary and secondary)
- Periodic reviews to capture key insights and gap areas on the project
- Developing research briefs, case studies and learning documents

Educational Qualifications

- Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Policy, Education, Statistics, Data Science, Development Studies, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Additional training in research methods, evaluation, statistics, and data analytics is desirable.
- Working language will be English. Basic communication skill in Marathi language is desirable.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, learning, or programme quality within the development sector.
- Experience in programme evaluations and evidence generation.
- Experience working with research agencies and academic institutions.

Solid capability in
- Developing case studies and learning briefs.
- Facilitating learning reviews and reflection workshops.
- Creating knowledge repositories.
- Supporting evidence-based decision-making.

- Create presentations for diverse audiences.
- Communicate technical findings in accessible language.
