Proven track record in end-to-end GCC lifecycle delivery (Assess → Build → Operate → Transfer).

Exposure to multi-function GCC setups and digital transformation programs.

Candidate Industry: GCC / GBS / GSS / BPO / KPO / Captive Shared Services / IT Services

Education and Certification Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering or relevant discipline

Positive to Have: MBA / relevant postgraduate qualification

Certification: Good to Have: PMP / PRINCE2, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma

Detailed Role Overview The GCC Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of GCC programs, covering the complete lifecycle from Assess/Advisory, Build and Transition through Operations, Transformation and Transfer.

Responsibilities GCC Program Delivery Lead multi-tower GCC programs across Finance, HR, IT, Analytics and Digital Operations, operating across BOT, BOA/Assist-Build, Hybrid and Managed Services models.

Own program planning, execution, and governance: integrated roadmap, RAID management, and stakeholder alignment.

Ensure legal entity setup, infra readiness, talent ramp-up, and compliance for greenfield GCCs.

Transition & Stabilization Set up Transition Management Office (TMO); manage knowledge transfer, parallel runs, and hypercare.

Drive service acceptance, SLA adherence, and operational readiness.

Transformation & Value Realization Embed digital levers (automation, analytics, AI-first solutions) into GCC operations.

Identify and execute continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Own value realization metrics (cost-to-serve, speed-to-market, innovation adoption)



and report quarterly to client leadership.

Financial & Commercial Management Translate SoW into delivery commitments; track forecast vs. actuals, margins, and change orders.

Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and revenue assurance

Talent & Capability Building Drive capability building within GCC teams; mentor future leaders and ensure succession readiness.

Risk, Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across geographies.

Client Engagement & Growth Build C-level relationships; run structured governance (MBR/QBR).

Drive client referenceability: case studies, referrals, and expansion opportunities.

Technical Competencies GCC Operating Models: BOT, BOA, Hybrid, Managed Services.

Program & Transition Management: TMO setup, governance frameworks, risk management.

Digital Enablement: Familiarity with automation, analytics, and AI adoption in GCCs.

Financial Acumen: Budgeting, revenue tracking, and commercial negotiations.

Tools: MS Project/Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow, collaboration platforms.
