- Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Monthly review of TDS deductions, GST reconciliations, and tax payments.
- Handling notices, assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Preparation of tax workings, advance tax computations, and tax provisioning.
- Coordination with tax consultants and auditors for timely closure of assessments and audits.
- Monitoring tax updates and assessing their impact on the business.
- Support management reporting and MIS preparation.
- Preparation of detailed cost sheet.
- Reconciliation of vendors.
Requirements
- Qualified CA
- 2+ years of relevant experience in direct and indirect taxation,
financial reporting, and compliance.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Zoho, Tally, or similar platforms will be preferred.
