We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our organization as a Finance Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, MIS reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.




- Handle internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Drive process improvements and financial controls within the organization.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
