Role & responsibilities

- Drive and grow the General Trade & Distribution business across assigned markets.

- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers and channel partners.

- Develop new territories, markets and retail outlets to increase distribution and sales.

- Drive primary and secondary sales, product penetration and revenue growth.

- Manage and strengthen existing distributor and retailer relationships.

- Leverage the existing retail promoter/employee pool for additional General Trade and distribution activities.

- Build and manage a parallel dedicated sales team as the business expands.

- Develop beat plans, outlet coverage and market expansion strategies.

- Drive sales of Dry Fruits, Dates, Nuts, Seeds, Health Bars and other Candor Foods products.

- Monitor sales, stock, collections,



distributor performance and market coverage.

- Work with Marketing and Operations on trade schemes, visibility and market activation.

- Identify recent business opportunities, key retailers and strategic channel partners.

- Build a scalable and profitable General Trade & Distribution vertical.

Preferred candidate profile

- 48 years of experience in FMCG/Food/General Trade/Distribution.

- Strong distributor and retailer network.

- Proven experience in market expansion, sales growth and team management.

- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and target-oriented approach.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
