About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager / Digital Marketing Consultant who understands advertising, brands, and the agency business.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can build meaningful client relationships, identify new business opportunities, understand client challenges, and drive growth for Adtric Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and business leaders.
- Understand client challenges and pitch relevant solutions across creative, branding, digital marketing, websites, performance marketing, brand films, social media, AI, SEO/AEO, and GEO.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Develop compelling pitches and presentations in collaboration with the creative, strategy, and digital teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands and agency accounts.





Required Skills & Qualifications o 2–5 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, creative, or agency business development. o Strong understanding of brands, advertising, and how creative/digital agencies work.

o Ability to understand and sell creative ideas, not just media or marketing services.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o Strong passion for brands, advertising, creativity, and emerging AI-led marketing.

o A proactive, target-oriented qualified who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and winning new business.

Preferred Skills

- Existing network among brands, marketing teams, and decision-makers
- Experience in creative/digital agency sales
- Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing solutions
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations and pitches
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Collaborate directly with the Director and Founders, gaining hands-on exposure to strategic decision-making, business development, client relationships, and the overall growth of the agency.
