Role Description The Manager–BD cum Operations, ETS Division role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves leading business development initiatives for Employee Transport Solutions, including identifying new corporate clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts. The manager will oversee day-to-day operations such as route planning, fleet utilization, vendor coordination, and service quality to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient employee transportation.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking financial performance for the ETS division, preparing reports, and implementing cost-optimization measures without compromising service standards. The role also requires monitoring KPIs, resolving operational issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams and clients,



and supporting the integration of EVs and other innovative mobility solutions into existing operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee transport operations, manage fleets and vendors, and maintain service quality and compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and frontline teams, and to manage escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan and control division expenses, manage cost-efficiency initiatives, and support revenue and profitability targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive business development activities, pitch ETS solutions, negotiate agreements, and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in corporate transportation, logistics, mobility services, or facility management is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, people management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools, familiarity with transport management systems, and knowledge of safety and compliance standards are advantageous.
