- Design & Execution: Develop project plans, implement designs, and resolve design- and drawing-related queries.
- Coordination & Compliance: Lead weekly review meetings, ensure timely receipt of GFCs, coordinate with consultants/contractors, and adhere to building codes.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, quality standards, and team leadership.
