We are looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and support the telesales team, monitor performance, improve sales processes, and contribute to overall business growth. The role will focus on team management, sales coordination, performance tracking, and process improvement, rather than individual telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the performance of the telesales team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and track achievement.
- Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, lead utilization, and sales performance.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve their performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with Marketing/CRM teams for lead quality and allocation.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer or sales-related issues.
- Assist management in developing sales strategies, incentives, and processes.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
