We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our organization as Management Trainees – Sales & Marketing. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to automobile sales, customer relationship management, marketing activities, lead generation, and dealership operations.

The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and will be developed for future supervisory and managerial positions within the Sales & Marketing function.

- Understand automobile products, features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.
- Assist the sales team in handling customer enquiries and walk-in customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, digital platforms, references, and marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending suitable vehicles.
- Support the sales team in test drives, quotations, bookings, and delivery coordination.




- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update lead status in the DMS/CRM.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in showroom promotional activities, road shows, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
- Support digital marketing and social media promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Service departments.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Learn dealership processes, sales techniques, customer handling, and business development activities.
- Maintain qualified relationships with customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Take up additional responsibilities as part of the management training program.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
