The role provides high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the Director Operations & Leadership team and acts as the primary operational link between the India plant and global headquarters. The ideal candidate will optimize the time, streamline matrixed communication, and track strategic operations and GCC performance metrics.
The incumbent will actively support and to some extend drive local manufacturing execution, cross-functional program management, strategic capital projects, and oversee global support hubs for engineering and procurement.
