We are looking for a Management Trainee – PR to join our team and support media relations, PR campaigns, and client servicing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a specialisation in Public Relations/Communications or 3 to 6 months of experience in a PR agency, along with a basic understanding of PR and media relations.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in public relations and gain hands-on experience working with clients, media, and integrated communication campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and media stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
- Support media interactions, leadership profiling, launches, and industry events.
- Conduct media research and identify relevant media opportunities for clients.
- Assist in tracking media coverage and preparing regular reports.
- Support the team in executing PR campaigns across print and digital media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of PR activities.
- Stay updated on industry news, media trends, and relevant developments.
Requirements
- Freshers with a specialisation in Public Relations/Communications or candidates with 3–6 months of experience in a PR agency.
- Basic understanding of public relations, media relations, and PR campaigns.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
