About the Company A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India finance team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will turn the numbers into the insight that guides how the business spends and grows. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Management Accountant, you will own internal reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis, giving leadership a clear, decision-ready view of performance.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Budgeting

- Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports
- Build and track budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analyse cost centres, margins, and unit economics

Insight & Partnering

- Run variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership
- Partner with teams to plan and control spend




- Support close and keep reporting accurate and timely

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in management accounting, FP&A;, or cost analysis
- Strong grasp of management reporting and budgeting
- Confident with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting systems
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- CMA, CIMA, CA Inter, or an MBA in Finance
- Experience in SaaS, startup, or subscription-revenue businesses
- Exposure to SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and CAC
